On this page
Signalsant helps you find the businesses you want to sell to and reach them from one workspace. You search a market, Signalsant fills in each company's contact details, and you send outreach to the companies you pick.
How Signalsant fits together
Most work in Signalsant follows the same five steps:
| Step | Where | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Search | Companies → Deep search | Search Google Maps listings by query and location, such as "dentists in Austin". |
| Enrich | Companies | Signalsant visits each company's website for emails, phone numbers, social profiles and a logo, and adds domain records. |
| Group | Companies → Groups | Save the companies you want to contact as a group. A group is the audience a campaign sends to. |
| Reach | Campaigns | Send email, WhatsApp, SMS or push messages from templates, written by you or drafted with AI. |
| Track | Dashboard and Outbox | Follow each message from queued to sent, and see how every campaign is doing. |
Teams
Everything you create belongs to a team: searches, companies, groups, templates, integrations and campaigns. Members of a team share them. You can belong to more than one team and switch between them.
What you need before your first campaign
- A group of companies. Run a Deep search, then add the results you want to a group.
- A connected channel. For email, connect a Gmail or Microsoft mailbox, or an SMTP server, under Integrations.
- A template. Write one under Templates, or let the AI draft it when you set up the campaign.
Next steps
- Run your first Deep search from Companies → Deep search.
- Connect a mailbox under Integrations.
- Create a campaign under Campaigns.
