The template library and starter layouts
Find, sort, duplicate and delete your team's email templates, choose a starter layout, and see how campaigns keep their own copy of a template you edit.
Last updated Templates
On this page
Templates in the sidebar is your team's library of emails. Every member of the team sees the same library.
Find a template
- Search by name or subject.
- Sort by Recently edited or Name A–Z.
- Click Load more at the bottom for older templates.
Each card shows:
- the format: Visual, HTML or TSX;
- the subject line;
- some of the variables it uses;
- who edited it last, and when.
Starter layouts
When your library is empty, Signalsant offers starters:
| Starter | Best for |
|---|---|
| Generate with AI | Describe the email and get a draft with variables in place. |
| Personal note | Plain text that reads like a one-to-one email. Best deliverability for cold outreach. |
| Intro with a button | A short pitch with one clear call to action. |
| Branded offer | A designed card with your logo, a headline and a button. |
| Hand-written HTML | A table-based layout you edit in code. |
| React Email | An email written as a React component. |
New template always starts from Personal note.
Duplicate a template
Open a card's menu, or the editor's ⋯ menu, and choose Duplicate. The copy is named after the original with "(copy)" added.
Delete a template
Open a card's menu and choose Delete, then Delete template. It's removed from the library for everyone on the team.
Campaigns that already use it keep their own copy and carry on sending.
Templates in campaigns
When a campaign uses a template, it keeps its own copy. Editing the library template doesn't change running campaigns. When the library version has changed, the campaign offers Use latest.
Good to know
- The library holds email templates only.
- There are no folders, tags or version history.
Troubleshooting
- You can't edit or delete: you need the Moderator role or higher.
