The dashboard and campaign metrics
What the dashboard cards, delivery chart, message pipeline and campaign table measure, how to change the date range, and which metrics Signalsant doesn't track.

On this page
Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It shows how your team's outreach is going.

Choose 7 days, 30 days (the default) or 90 days at the top. Click New campaign to start one from here.
Summary cards
| Card | Shows |
|---|---|
| Total campaigns | All campaigns, and how many aren't live. |
| Active campaigns | Campaigns sending now, as a share of the total. |
| Company groups | Your groups, and how many companies they hold. |
| Integrations | Connected integrations, and how many channels they send on. |
Delivery activity
A day-by-day chart of messages Delivered and Failed, compared with the previous period.
Message pipeline
Where your messages ended up:
- Delivered, In queue now and Failed;
- the delivery rate across all attempts;
- Delivered by channel.
Campaign performance
Your busiest campaigns in the period, with Reach, Delivered, Failed, In queue and Delivery rate. A campaign that hasn't sent yet shows "Not sent yet".
Getting started
Until your first campaign is launched and has emails planned, the dashboard shows a four-step guide instead of the charts and the date range:
- Find companies
- Build an audience
- Connect a mailbox
- Launch a campaign
See Quick start: your first campaign.
What isn't tracked
Signalsant measures delivery: whether your mail provider accepted the message. It doesn't track opens, clicks or replies. Check replies in your own mailbox.
For each message, see the Outbox or the campaign's Messages tab.
