Sign-in and account settings

Ways to sign in#

On the sign-in page (Welcome back) you can use:

• Email and Password;
• Email me a sign-in code: enter your email, click Send verification code, then type the 6-digit code and click Verify & continue;
• Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft.

Create an account#

1. Go to Get started free.
2. Enter your Full name, Email and a Password of at least 8 characters.
3. Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and click Create account, or sign up with Google or Microsoft.
4. If you used email and password, check your inbox for a 6-digit code. Enter it under Verification code and click Verify & continue.

Accounts created with Google or Microsoft don't need the code. Signalsant is free during early access, and no credit card is needed.

Settings#

Open Settings in the sidebar.

• General → Appearance: choose Light or Dark for Theme mode.
• Notifications: choose which alerts you get in the app and by email. See Notifications.

What you can't change in the app yet#

• Your name, avatar or password.
• Two-factor authentication.
• Account deletion.

There's no "forgot password" link yet. If you can't remember your password, use Email me a sign-in code, or Google or Microsoft if your account uses the same address.

Troubleshooting#

• "Invalid credentials": check your email and password, or the code. Codes expire quickly, so request a new one with Resend verification code.
• "User already exists. Please login": you already have an account. Sign in instead.
• "Your Google account email is not verified": verify the address with Google first, or sign up with email.
