The last setup step, Review & launch, checks the campaign before anything goes out.
What you'll see
- See it as your audience will: the email filled in for real companies from this campaign.
- A list of things to fix before launch, such as "2 things to fix before launch". Each has a Fix in button that jumps to the right step. When nothing is left: "Ready to launch."
- Warnings that don't block the launch, such as a high daily limit or no sending hours set. Each has a Change link.
- How long it should take, for example "At 50 a day, reaching 600 companies takes about 12 days."
Send yourself a test
- Under "Check it in your own inbox before it goes out.", click Send me a test.
- The library version of your first email, filled in for a sample company, goes to your own account's address from your team's default sender. The subject starts with "[Test]".
You'll see "Test sent to your email". It's only shown when the first email comes from your template library and the campaign has an audience group. AI-written emails and emails written in the campaign don't have it.
Launch
- Fix everything flagged. The launch button shows how many items are left, for example "2 to fix".
- Click Launch campaign.
Signalsant plans today's emails, or tomorrow's if today's sending hours are over. You'll see "Launched." with how many emails are planned for the first day, and the Schedule tab opens.
For a campaign that has run before, the button says Resume campaign.
Troubleshooting
- The test didn't arrive: check your spam folder, and check your team's mailboxes on Integrations. See Test a mailbox integration.
- "No sending hours set": emails then go out during working hours in UTC. Set your own hours in Sending.
- Fewer emails planned than expected: companies without a usable email are skipped. See A company has no email.
