Corporations lets you search official company registers. Today it covers India's Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) register. The register lists companies that may not be on Google Maps yet, such as newly incorporated ones.
Open the register
- Open Companies → Corporations.
- On the Sources tab, click Open on MCA (India), or go to the MCA (India) tab.
Search and filter
- Company name starts with…: type at least 2 letters.
- Quick presets:
- Incorporated in the last 30 days;
- Active, paid-up ≥ ₹1 cr.
- Filters:
- State, Industry and Class;
- Status, Active by default;
- Incorporated from and to;
- Paid-up capital at least and at most;
- In Signalsant: All companies, Not in Signalsant yet or Already in Signalsant.
The results show the Company, CIN (with a copy button), State, Incorporated, Class, Paid-up capital and Industry. The list shows up to 1,000 companies; narrow the filters to see others.
Find contacts
Register entries don't include websites or phone numbers. Find contacts looks them up for you.
- Tick up to 100 companies.
- Click Find contacts and confirm.
Signalsant starts a small Deep Search for each company in its city, to find its website and phone number. Click View searches to follow them. Results arrive as each search finishes.
Companies are skipped when they're:
- already in Signalsant;
- searched recently by your team;
- past your team's daily limit;
- no longer in the register.
The message lists how many were skipped for each reason.
Limits and roles
- Up to 100 companies per Find contacts.
- Find contacts has a daily limit per team. When it's used up, you'll see "Your team has reached its daily limit for finding contacts."
- Browsing is open to every role. Starting searches needs the Moderator role or higher.
Troubleshooting
- "Type at least 2 letters to search by name.": add another letter.
- "You can select up to 100 companies at a time.": untick some companies.
- "No new searches started": every selected company was skipped. The message says why.
