Campaigns send email through a mailbox your team connects, so recipients see your own address. Each connected mailbox is an integration.
What you can connect
| Provider | Use it for | How it connects |
|---|---|---|
| Gmail | Google Workspace or Gmail | Sign in with Google |
| Outlook | Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com | Sign in with Microsoft |
| SMTP | Any mailbox with credentials | Host, port, username and password |
Campaigns can only send email for now. The other channels show "Sending on this channel isn't available yet", and you can't connect WhatsApp, SMS or push providers.
Where to find them
Open Integrations in the sidebar. Each card shows:
- the integration's name and provider;
- its primary sender, shown as name · email;
- a status badge;
- an on/off switch to pause sending without deleting anything;
- Manage, which opens the integration's Details, Senders and Test tabs. When access is revoked, Reconnect takes its place and Manage moves to the ⋯ menu;
- a ⋯ menu with Send test email and Delete.
Use Search integrations to find one by name.
Status badges
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Ready to send. |
| Paused | Switched off. Nothing sends through it until you switch it back on. |
| Access revoked | Google or Microsoft withdrew access. See Reconnect a mailbox. |
| Disconnected | Shown on the integration's page after you disconnect a Gmail or Outlook mailbox. It can't send; delete it and connect again. See Pause, disconnect or delete. |
Who can change integrations
| Action | Minimum role |
|---|---|
| View integrations and senders | Viewer |
| Connect, edit, switch on or off, reconnect, test, manage senders | Moderator |
| Disconnect or delete | Admin |
Every role sees the same buttons. If your role is too low for an action, Signalsant shows an error instead of making the change. See Invite members and roles.
Limits
- There's no limit on how many mailboxes a team can connect.
- How much each campaign sends per day is set on the campaign itself. See Sending pace and schedule.
- Outlook rejects messages whose attachments add up to more than 3 MB.
