Reviews on business pages

Business pages show reviews written on Signalsant, alongside reviews from other sites, such as Google Maps, AmbitionBox, Glassdoor, Trustpilot and Indeed.

Write a review#

1. Sign in, open the business's page and click Write a review.
2. Fill in:
   • Your rating: 1 to 5 stars;
   • Title (optional): up to 120 characters;
   • Review: 10–2,000 characters;
   • Pros (optional) and Cons (optional): up to 1,000 characters each.
3. Click Publish review.

Your review is public on the business's page straight away. You can write one review per business. To change it, use Edit or Delete on your review.

Read reviews#

On the Reviews tab:

• filter by source: All, Signalsant, Google Maps and the other sites;
• sort by Most recent, Highest rated or Lowest rated.

Reviews from other sites show when they were last synced. People who aren't signed in see a preview and are asked to create a free account to read them all.

Reply as the owner#

Once your team has claimed the business:

1. Open Your business in the sidebar, choose the business and go to Reviews.
2. Use Unanswered to find reviews without a reply.
3. Click Reply, write up to 1,500 characters and click Post reply.

Your reply appears under the review as "Response from the owner". You can Edit reply or Delete reply later.

You can reply only to reviews written on Signalsant. Reply to reviews from other sites on the site where they were posted.

Troubleshooting#

• "You have already reviewed this company": edit your existing review instead.
• There's no Reply button: your team hasn't claimed the business, or your role is Viewer.
