Fallback inboxes for companies with no email
When a company has no known email, a campaign can try likely inboxes at its own domain, such as sales@. Set the list, the order and how each company gets one.

Some companies have a website but no email address on it. Instead of skipping them, a campaign can guess an inbox at the company's own domain, such as sales@ or info@.
Fallbacks work within email only. A campaign doesn't switch to another channel, such as WhatsApp or SMS, when there's no email.
Turn it on while setting up
- In Sending, find When a company has no known email.
- Under Guess an address, choose a category. Each one comes with a list of inboxes, for example "(sales@, info@…)". Choose Don't guess to skip these companies instead.
This option appears only when inbox categories are available.
The preview shows Inboxes tried, in order. If the list is empty, you'll see "No fallback inboxes: companies without a known email are skipped."
Customise the list
On the campaign's Email → Settings → Fallback inboxes:
- Add an inbox name, such as
salesorpartnerships, and click Add. Names use letters, digits, dots, dashes and underscores. A list can have up to 20. - Move entries up or down, or remove them. Entries from the category show a default badge.
- Choose Which inbox each company gets:
- Always the first: every company gets the first inbox in the list.
- In order, one per round: the first round uses the first inbox, the next round the second, and so on.
- Round robin across companies: companies are spread across the list, and each round moves them one inbox on.
Then use:
- Apply to queued messages to update emails that are already planned;
- Reset to category defaults to undo your changes.
How it shows up
Planned emails sent to a guessed address show a Guessed inbox badge on the Schedule tab. Every guessed address is checked before sending, like any other. Undeliverable ones are skipped and counted under Skipped (undeliverable).
Troubleshooting
- Many companies skipped: turn on a fallback, or enrich the audience further. See A company has no email.
- "No queued messages needed a change": every planned email already uses the current list.
