Create a campaign
Create an email campaign in four steps: name it, then choose the audience, the content and how it sends. Check everything and launch when you're ready.

A campaign sends email to the companies in one or more groups, at a pace you set, from your own mailbox. Campaigns send email only; other channels aren't available yet.
Before you start
- A company group with companies in it. Shared groups from the library work too.
- A connected mailbox. See Integrations overview. You can also connect one while you set up the campaign.
- Optional: an email template. See Create an email template.
Step 1: name it
- Open Campaigns and click New campaign.
- Enter a Campaign name (2–255 characters), such as "Dental clinics, Q4".
- Optionally add a Description (optional, only your team sees it).
- Click Continue to audience.
Click Skip, name it later if you'd rather name it later; it's called "Untitled campaign" plus today's date until you do.
The campaign is saved as a Draft. Nothing is sent until you launch.
Steps 2–5: the setup
The setup has four steps. Every change saves automatically.
| Step | What you choose | Help |
|---|---|---|
| Audience (Who to reach) | One or more company groups | Set up a campaign's audience and sending |
| Content (What they get) | One email, one per category, or AI-written | Choose a campaign's content |
| Sending (From whom, how fast) | Mailbox, sender, companies a day, sending hours, resends | Sending pace and schedule |
| Review & launch (Check and start) | Fix anything flagged, send a test, launch | Review and launch a campaign |
Use Back and Continue to move between steps. On the first and last steps, click Save and exit to leave a draft and come back later; open it from Campaigns with Continue setup.
New campaign defaults
- Companies a day: 50.
- Sending hours: 09:00–17:00 in your browser's timezone (UTC if it isn't in the list).
- Resends: off.
Delete a campaign
On Campaigns, open a row's menu and choose Delete, or use Delete campaign in the campaign's ⋯ menu. This removes the campaign, its settings, its templates and its message history (it disappears from the Outbox and the dashboard), and can't be undone. Your company groups, companies and library templates aren't affected.
Troubleshooting
- "Give the campaign a name (2 characters or more)": the name is too short.
- A group can't be ticked: it shows "No companies yet". Add companies to it first.
