Edit your business profile
Update a claimed business's public page: description, logo, categories and contact details. Learn which changes go live at once and which are reviewed first.

Once your team has claimed a business, you can keep its public page accurate.
Before you start
- You need the Moderator role or higher. Viewers see "You can view this business".
- Only the team that claimed the business can edit it. Visitors and other teams can't suggest edits.
Steps
- Open Your business in the sidebar. It appears once your team owns a verified business.
- Choose the business and go to Profile.
- Edit any of these fields:
- Business name, Website and Address;
- Description: up to 5,000 characters;
- Logo: PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 2 MB;
- Categories, Phone numbers, Email addresses and Social profiles: up to 10 of each.
- Click Save changes. A new logo is saved as soon as you upload it, with Upload logo or Replace logo.
Which changes are reviewed
| Fields | What happens |

| Business name, Website, Address | Marked Reviewed before going live. The Signalsant team checks them first, usually within 2 business days. Until then the field is locked; use Withdraw this change to cancel. |
| Everything else | Live straight away. |
You get a notification when your edits have been reviewed.
History
The History tab lists every change, with its status: Live, Approved, In review, Rejected or Reverted.
Other tabs
- Reviews: reply to reviews. See Reviews on business pages.
- Sync: fetch new reviews, crawl your website again, refresh WHOIS, and recalculate the Company Index and AI profile. Each one can be run again after a short wait.
Troubleshooting
- There's no "Your business" in the sidebar: your team hasn't verified a business yet, or another team selected in the switcher owns it.
- A name change was rejected: check that it matches the business's official or trading name, then try again.
